Charles Fleischer (born August 27, 1950 in Washington, DC, USA) is an American actor, comedian and voice artist, best called a voices of each Roger Rabbit and Benny the Cab around Touchstone Pictures' 1988 animation/live action hybrid film Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Fallowing that film's profits, Fleischer continued to perform a voice of Roger within many television and theme park appearances, and around trio watch-higher short subjects to the original film. More voice roles for Fleischer include The Polar Express and ''We're Back! A Dinosaur's Story. In-screen roles include Back to the Future Part II and Gridlock'd. Fleischer has experienced roles in tv shows,he has got the revenant roll on the Seventies hit tv series Welcome Back, Kotter as Carvelli, and on the hit ABC series Laverne & Shirley as Chuck. He starred in the short lived TV series Keep on Trucking in the 1970s, and on the indicate House of Mouse as a voice of Benny the Cab.
